They USED to be great. Not so much now.

They've gone WAY downhill. It's obnoxiously difficult to order from them these days - I placed an order for a gift, expecting to get it within their own specified timeline, and they e-mailed saying my order was on hold while they verified with my card company that I authorized the payment, and that it would take about 24 hours. I waited 3 days, just to get another e-mail saying my order was still on hold, and that I would have to verify 2 small transactions they charged to my card, and that would take another 2-3 days. I ended up cancelling the order and found something else from another shop. Previously, I had to call in with a special code word to verify my identity. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. With my last savings I decided to purchase a gift for my gf at fwrd because - even though they are more expensive than most European stores - they still have some cute models that are worth buying. After the purchase, they put my order on hold and asked me to send pictures of my credit card and ID card. I did that, and they still told me that they will cancel and refund my order and I will have to place it with PayPal. Before I receive the refund and have the money to place another order, I will have to be looking for another girlfriend.

What a bunch of useless scum. I hope some day someone will prosecute them. If you are a first time client and need sth urgent - stay away for the love of your money and peace.

FWRD SUCKS!

This is for FWRD as a Company, not Davina. I have been screwed over by whomever put in this order in the first place! I was only supposed to be charged $244.12 once... instead you picked some arbitrary number for this charge at $305.16. I thought, as well as Nate at the time that I was frauded on my credit card, since I had no transaction adding up to $305.16 in the first place. I have been working on this wrong charge of yours between FWRD and my credit card company. I had to get a new number because of what you did, even tho there was no fraud at all, just you charging me the wrong amount. I had to wait 2 weeks to get, so no charge card for me for that whole time, and spent countless hours trying to make things right. I still do not think the charges are right, and that I am STILL out $61.04. I feel Like I still payed $305.16 instead of the CORRECT price of $244.12. I shop with you quite a bit, and all you could give me was a MEASELY 5% percent off another item?! I know it says 15% off for ALL MY TROUBLES, but I know I already get an automatic 10% every time I shop with you already! I can't even put into words how upset I am that you STUPIDLY did this, still makes no sense why you over charged me in the first place, and that I SPENT HOURS trying to get it all fixed the right way. So yes, I am SUPER PISSSED OFF to say the least at ALL the Havoc and Over Charge that I still feel I am dealing with! I will also have to go on other sites now to air my Grievances for what you have put me through! NOT COOL AT ALL! Everything would have been just fine if you charged me the $244.12, sooooooooo simple, like you have done many times before... AND the fact that I NEVER needed a New credit card! You should find out the person who started this whole wrong charge thing and fire them Immediately! I certainly would if it was MY company, and My customer had to go thru all this time back and forth, thinking they were frauded, etc!

Great customer service!

Why are there so many bad reviews ?!
I purchase on Fwrd for more than 10 years, the shipping is very fast, clothes as described, very well packed and the customer service is the best! They have an outstanding CS!

The only complaint I may have is that I prefer Fwrd when it was by Elyse Walker, now they promote nepotism with KJ as a creative director… I was very disappointed when I heard that…

But other than that, as long as the website stay the same, I would highly recommend Fwrd 👍

Credit card thieves/Fraudulent transaction

I've never visited this website and wasn't even aware it existed, but they stole my credit card information (which I almost never use--so not sure how they obtained it) and sent me an email with an order confirmation that included my home address, phone number, and the last 4 of my credit card. The order totaled $1840 for a pair of mens pants and a shirt.

I called my credit card company right away and they cancelled the card and labelled the transaction as fraudulent. A few minutes later I received an email stating the order had been cancelled by their "risk management team."

I've ordered several times.

I've ordered several times from these people. I've always had a positive experience. To my knowledge these items are legit. Returns are a breeze c as well as refunds and exchanges. Revolve is great from what I know. I will continue to order.

Fraud and scammers

They charged my account for hundreds of dollars multiple times! I’ve never even been on their website! Beware!! This company cannot be trusted with your info!! They kept sending me order confirmations of things I’ve never even ordered. It’s all scams!

Got a fraud charge on my card for $700 of items I didn't order. Looking through these reviews it seems like a common occurrence so I would be skeptical to keep private info on the account.

Bad shopping experience

I've been waiting for nearly a month, and the merchant hasn't even delivered the goods. And I'm not sorry. I won't buy it again. And I will pay attention to the follow-up products. If there are any problems, I will tell you.
